Your Responsibilities
Welcome Every Guest: Greet customers warmly upon arrival, set a positive tone, and make them feel valued from the moment they walk in.
Guide the Experience: Become an expert on our menu. Confidently share recommendations, explain dish details, and help guests select the perfect meal or drink.
Ensure Seamless Service: Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
Maintain a Spotless Environment: Keep the dining area clean, organized, and inviting. Quickly reset tables to accommodate incoming guests.
Support the Team: Work closely with servers, runners, and management to ensure smooth operations and address any guest needs promptly.
