(Full Time) Retail Sales Associate (Islandwide)

Job Details:

• Available Locations: Islandwide, depending on outlet vacancy
• Salary Package: Basic salary + allowance + overtime + commission + AWS + variable bonus
• Working Hours: Up to 44 hours per week, retail hours

Job Responsibilities:

. Provide product knowledge and sales recommendations to customers.

. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction.

. Keep the shop floor clean, organized, and well-maintained.

. Manage stock and oversee boutique upkeep.

. Assist with administrative tasks, including stock and traffic reports.

. Handle payments, update after-sales transactions, and follow SOPs.

Job Requirements:

. O Level & above.

. Min 5 years of experience in luxury retail.

. Experience in luxury timepieces will be an added advantage.

. Able to commit to retail hours and weekends/PH is a must.
