(Full-Time) Retail Sales Associate

Job Scope

. Provide excellent customer service and recommend suitable products.

. Introduce ongoing promotions and achieve sales targets.

. Handle cashier and POS transactions.

. Replenish stock and maintain attractive product displays.

. Assist with gift wrapping and product customisation.

. Conduct stock checks and basic inventory management.

. Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising.

. Support promotional events and other store duties as assigned.

Requirements

. Customer service or retail experience is preferred.

. Friendly, responsible and customer-oriented.

. Good communication and teamwork skills.

. Able to work retail shifts, weekends and public holidays.

. No experience required. Training will be provided.

Bonus Skills

. Experience in gift retail, floristry or lifestyle brands.

. Basic social media or content creation skills are an advantage.

Working Hours: Retail Shift Schedule (5 days/week, including weekends & public holidays)
