Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Vision Assessment: Perform refraction tests for customers to determine prescriptions, specifically for those aged 8 and above.
  • Dispensing & Fitting: Recommend appropriate frames, lenses, and coatings based on customer lifestyle adjust, repair, and fit eyewear.
  • Customer Service: Provide professional advice on eye care and, if needed, refer customers to optometrists or ophthalmologists.
  • Retail Operations: Manage daily store operations, including inventory, sales targets, and maintaining store cleanliness.
