Job Summary
We are seeking passionate and customer-oriented Optometrists and Opticians to join a retail-based optical team. You will provide professional eye care consultation, perform refraction tests, and deliver exceptional service to customers in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform vision tests, eye examinations, and refractions to determine customers prescriptions.
- Advise customers on suitable eyewear options (spectacles, lenses, coatings, etc.) based on prescription and lifestyle.
- Fit, adjust, and dispense optical products accurately.
- Provide professional product and after-sales service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain proper documentation of prescriptions, eye test results, and sales transactions.
- Ensure equipment, frames, and lenses are properly maintained and stored.
- Support store operations including inventory management, visual display, and sales support when required.
Requirements
- Diploma in Optometry / Opticianry or equivalent recognized qualification.
- Fully registered with the Optometrists and Opticians Board (OOB), Singapore.
- Internship experience is suffiencient , Training provided
- Prior experience in retail optical or clinical settings will be an advantage.
Working Hours
- 5 or 5.5 days per week (rotating shifts, including weekends and PH)
