Handle reception area - receiving walk-in customers, assisting clients with checking in
. Greet and welcome clients
. Upselling of packages
. Answer all incoming calls and redirect them to the persons in charge
. Handle booking and cancellations from members/visitors (using Oclass booking software)
. Collection of payments, outstanding fees
. Scheduling of Instructors
. Basic Studio Housekeeping
. Answering queries
. All other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Operations manager
