- True Work-Life Balance: Teaching hours are capped at just 20 hours per week.
- Ultimate Flexibility: We don't do clock-in, clock-out desk hours. As long as you're ready 10-15 minutes before your class starts, your time is your own. If you prefer to come in early to prep in our space, you're always welcome to!
- Paid While You Rest: Enjoy 5 weeks of fixed block leave (1 week for CNY, 1 week in May, 1 week in June, and 2 weeks at year-end). We pay your full salary during these breaks-unlike many places that cut pay for non-working weeks.
- The Genie Wellness & Relief Fund: We allocate $1,000 per year to a personal fund for you to cover medical and wellness claims. To keep things flexible, this fund is also used to cover relief tutor costs if you need to take an MC or a personal day off, ensuring your core salary remains stable.
- Generous Bonuses: We reward impact. You'll be eligible for a Mid-Term Bonus (based on student enrollment targets) and a Year-End Bonus in February (based on student hours and students results).
- Overtime Pay: If you choose to take on additional teaching hours beyond the 20-hour cap, we pay you OT!
The Role
- Focus: Deliver engaging, high-energy Mathematics lessons for Primary, Lower Secondary, and Upper Secondary (E-Math/A-Math).
- Curriculum: Plan and develop materials that make complex concepts simple.
- Rapport: Build meaningful connections with students and keep parents updated on their progress.
What We're Looking For
- Subject Experts: A Singapore-recognized Degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- Energy: An outgoing, confident communicator who can command a classroom.
- Passion: Someone who genuinely loves seeing that aha! moment in a student's eyes.
- Team Player: Someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, supportive setting.
Work Schedule
- 5-Day Work Week: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day.
- Location: Conveniently located at our Yishun outlet.
