Full Time Front of House / Service Crew

Overall Job Objectives:

We are looking for highly motivated and passionate individuals to provide warm, friendly, and exceptional food & beverage service within INITIA Group's F&B brands. He/She will assist the Outlet In-Charge in driving outlet sales while delivering excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities:

• Host and greet guests in a warm and friendly manner.

• Be well-versed with the outlet's products and services and actively promote or upsell items when appropriate.

• Provide a high standard of service through attentive and engaging guest interaction.

• Adhere to all operational procedures and suggest improvements for service efficiency.

• Maintain proper grooming and represent the brand professionally.

• Understand and operate POS/ordering systems to ensure smooth service.

• Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues to the immediate superior for quick resolution.

• Assist the Outlet In-Charge in promoting specific menu items or services.

Job Specifications:

• No prior experience required - fresh entrants are welcome to apply!

• With Good communication skills

• Able to work independently and demonstrate positive energy.

• Friendly, outgoing, and dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service.

• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, based on business needs.

Key Deliverables:

• Greet and host guests warmly while ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

• Be knowledgeable about the outlet's products/services and assist in promoting and upselling them.

• Maintain smooth operations by adhering to procedures and handling POS/ordering systems effectively.

• Escalate guest issues to superiors promptly and suggest service improvements where possible.

• Represent the brand with professional grooming and positive interaction.
