We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Swim Coach to join our team full-time. You will conduct swimming lessons for various age groups, develop training programmes, ensure safety, and support swimmer development from beginner to competitive levels. This role also includes maintaining records, engaging with parents and students, supporting promotional activities, and contributing to overall class quality. No prior experience is required as full training and certification will be provided. This role is intended for female applicants to meet the preferences and privacy needs of our children and female students.
- Conduct and supervise swimming lessons for individuals and groups
- Develop structured training programmes (technique, fitness, race skills)
- Monitor swimmers progress and provide regular feedback
- Ensure student and staff safety enforce pool regulations
- Prepare swimmers for competitions & tests
- Maintain attendance, performance, and incident records
- Communicate with swimmers, parents, and management
- Stay updated with coaching standards
- Support promotional activities, clinics, and community programmes
- Oversee class quality and engage clients for feedback
- Some administrative & operational tasks
- No experience needed (training & certification provided)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends & Public holidays
- Able to safely demonstrate required techniques in the water
- Good engagement with and knowledge of children
- Class 3/3A license (with/without personal vehicle) or Class 2/2A/2B license (with personal vehicle)
