What You'll Do
- Be the first point of contact for parents, students, and visitors - offering friendly assistance and clear information about our programmes and schedules.
- Support student enrolments, registration paperwork, and payments.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and bookings promptly and professionally.
- Assist with centre operations such as filing, data entry, and general admin tasks.
- Keep our reception and common areas tidy, welcoming, and organised.

Work Hours & Pay
- Weekdays (Monday - Friday): 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- Weekends (Saturday & Sunday): 8:45AM - 6:30 PM
Commitment Requirement:
- Able to commit for a minimum of 1 year
- Weekend availability (both Saturday & Sunday) is preferred
