Job Summary
You will support clinic operations by managing patient registration, dispensing medications, processing payments and claims, handling administrative tasks, and assisting with medical procedures to ensure smooth and efficient patient care.
Responsibilities
- Register patients accurately to ensure correct medical records and smooth clinic flow
- Dispense medications following prescriptions to support patient treatment plans
- Collect payments and process insurance claims to maintain financial accuracy
- Perform administrative tasks such as printing, filing documents, and tracking lab samples to support clinic operations
- Respond promptly to phone and WhatsApp inquiries, reply to emails, and schedule appointments to enhance patient communication
- Receive deliveries and conduct stock takes to maintain accurate inventory levels
- Chaperone patients and assist medical staff during procedures to ensure patient safety and comfort

- Location: Hougang area (Nearest MRT stations: Hougang and Kovan Bus services: 25, 51, 53, 55, 62, 72, 81, 87, 112, 151, 854)
- Start date: Immediate
- Prior clinic experience is a bonus training will be provided
- Must be able to work evenings and Saturdays
