Full-Time Clinic Assistant

Hi there! We are a GP clinic looking for a dedicated team member to join us!

Position: Clinic Assistant
Location: Yishun
Working Hours: 8:30am - 2pm and 6pm - 10:30pm
Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Registering and providing frontline service to patients
• Dispensing of medications and collecting payment
• Submission of TPA / CHAS claims
• Assist doctor in simple procedures
• Basic clinic housekeeping
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Must be able to work mornings, nights, weekends, and public holidays
Preferably staying in the North area
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
