Job Description:
- Triage Patients, Health declaration, registering Patients,
- Dispensing of medication, and collecting payments
- Explain medical and health screen packages to patients
- Arrange/Booking appointment for patients for follow-up treatment and vaccination
- Assist doctors with chaperoning and conduct minor procedures, swab procedures
- Performing simple administrative duties assigned by superior
- Daily e-submission of Managed Care claims for different insurance schemes
- Top up medications and assist in stock taking as required
- Housekeeping and responsible for the cleanliness of the entire clinic facilities
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O level, NITEC in any discipline and Diploma holders
- Sales or customer service experience is an added advantage.
- Preferably stay in the northeast area.
- 5.5 days a week for retail hours on staggered hours (morning, afternoon & night shifts). Morning 8.30am-1.00pm. 2pm to 5pm and Evening from 6.30pm to 9.30pm.
- Good learning and service attitude is compulsory. Passionate in Healthcare.
- Basic IT proficiency required (Clinic Assist, Managed Care portals)
- Good command of spoken English.
