Full-Time Barista & Caf Executive

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Barista & Caf Executive to join our team at Churn Caf, Tampines 1. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for both crafting quality coffee and overseeing the daily operations of the caf.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee and beverages to customers.

• Manage daily caf operations.

• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming environment.

• Oversee cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with caf standards.

• Support caf promotions, events, and customer engagement activities.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a barista or in caf operations preferred.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Passion for coffee and customer service.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
