butter tgt is a cafe offering bakes, toasts, and specialty coffee. We are looking for a passionate barista to grow with our small and cosy team!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Calibrate espresso and prepare espresso based and non-coffee drinks according to defined recipes
- Prepare pourovers according to defined recipes
- Other front-of-house responsibilities not limited to seating customers, cashiering, and serving of food and bakes
- Manage and oversee part-time team members
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth cafe operations
- General cleaning at end of day
QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience as a barista required
- Knowledge of specialty coffee including pourover preparation preferred
- Passion for coffee and a desire to learn more about coffee preparation and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
