Job Summary

We are looking for skilled Full Stack Software Engineers and Technical Leads to design, develop and maintain scalable, secure and high performance applications. Candidates should have strong frontend and backend development expertise, database knowledge, cloud exposure and experience delivering enterprise software solutions.

Experience Levels

• SE1 / B3: 5 to 7 years

• SE2 / C1: 8 to 12 years

• SE3 / C2: 10 to 16 years, with mandatory Technical Lead experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain end to end full stack applications.

• Build responsive user interfaces using React.js, JavaScript or TypeScript.

• Develop backend services and microservices using PHP, Node.js, Python or Java Spring Boot.

• Design and integrate REST APIs and GraphQL services.

• Develop and optimize SQL, MySQL and NoSQL databases.

• Build scalable, secure, reliable and high performance enterprise applications.

• Troubleshoot application issues, analyze logs and support production environments.

• Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, project planning and estimation.

• Improve application performance, scalability, stability and maintainability.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers and engineering teams to deliver business requirements.

• For Technical Lead candidates, own technical direction, conduct design reviews, mentor engineers and manage delivery for a team of approximately 5 to 10 members, with capacity for up to 15.

Mandatory Skills

• Professional experience in full stack software development.

• Frontend: React.js, JavaScript or TypeScript.

• Backend: PHP, Node.js, Python or Java Spring Boot.

• Microservices and REST APIs or GraphQL.

• SQL, MySQL or NoSQL databases.

• HTML and CSS.

• Cloud exposure to AWS or Azure.

• Strong problem solving, debugging and communication skills.

• Technical Lead experience is mandatory for SE3 / C2 candidates.

Preferred Skills

• Asynchronous or parallel service development.

• Distributed system monitoring, logging and troubleshooting.

• Cloud deployments and CI/CD practices.

• Application architecture, performance optimization and production support.
