About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain monitoring prototypes that support large-scale, mission-critical operational systems.
These prototypes enable new monitoring and observability capabilities across complex support platforms. You will be involved in the full software development lifecycle from frontend and backend development, system integration, testing, and deployment working closely with system engineers, testers, and operational users to ensure the solutions meet technical, performance, and regulatory requirements.
This role is suited for engineers who enjoy building internal tools, dashboards, and monitoring applications in highly structured and reliability-driven environments.
What You Will Be Working On
Full Stack Development
- Design and develop monitoring prototypes covering both frontend interfaces and backend services.
- Build intuitive and responsive user interfaces for configuration, monitoring, reporting, and analysis using modern web technologies.
- Develop backend services and APIs using C# and .NET / .NET Core to support system integration and data processing.
System Integration & Automation
- Integrate applications with internal systems, third-party services, APIs, and gateways as required.
- Implement automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines to streamline validation and deployment workflows.
- Support system integration, testing, and commissioning activities.
Quality, Performance & Reliability
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimisation strategies.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with software engineering best practices.
- Apply secure coding practices and comply with cybersecurity and regulatory requirements.
Collaboration & Documentation
- Work closely with system engineers and testers to define test and monitoring requirements.
- Maintain clear and structured documentation, including system design, architecture diagrams, test plans, and user guides.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and tooling.
What We Are Looking For
Mandatory Requirements
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in full stack software development, preferably in mission-critical or safety-critical systems.
- Strong proficiency in C# with solid experience in .NET / .NET Core frameworks.
- Good understanding of frontend technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript / TypeScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience developing RESTful APIs, working with microservices architectures, and relational / NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with modern software practices including version control, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Exposure to containerisation technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for system integration or stakeholder engagements.
