The Role
We're hiring Full‑Stack Developers at both junior and mid levels. Most projects involve new application development, with ongoing ownership and enhancements post‑launch.
The ideal candidate is technically strong (Python, React, SQL), curious about business problems, and comfortable explaining solutions to stakeholders with varying levels of technical depth.
About the Team
We're building out a Business Intelligence and Rapid Application Development team that supports operations across Asia Pacific. The team partners closely with business stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, surface insights, and deliver practical tools that enable better, faster decision‑making.
This is a technical team embedded within the business. The work focuses on designing and building web applications and data‑driven solutions that turn complex enterprise data into actionable insights for non‑technical users.
What You'll Do
- Design and build web applications to visualise large datasets, KPIs, and operational metrics
- Develop solutions that support forecasting, planning, and scenario analysis
- Translate ambiguous business problems into practical, scalable technical solutions
- Work across the full lifecycle: design, development, deployment, enhancement, and support
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and refine solutions
- Support production applications and continuously improve what you build
- Contribute to deployment and troubleshooting within AWS‑based environments
What We're Looking For
Must‑Have Skills
- Strong experience with modern front‑end frameworks (e.g. React or Angular)
- Python development experience
- Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical topics clearly to non‑technical stakeholders
- A mindset of choosing the right tool for the right problem
Nice to Have
- Exposure to Docker and containerised deployments
- Basic understanding of AWS, Kubernetes, or cloud‑native deployments
- Experience working with enterprise systems (e.g. ERP, supply chain, operations data)
