We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Engineer who can independently build, ship and improve production-ready products.

About the Role

You will work across the entire product stack—from user interfaces and geospatial data to backend services, databases and AI-powered workflows.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, planners, designers and enterprise customers to turn complex requirements into reliable software. You will also build customer-specific POCs, validate new product ideas quickly and develop successful prototypes into scalable production features.

This role is suited to a product-minded engineer who enjoys ownership, moves quickly and can deliver complete solutions without requiring narrowly defined specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack web applications across frontend, backend, database and infrastructure.
• Develop intuitive interfaces for land, planning, development and geospatial workflows.
• Design APIs, data models and backend services for complex planning and property data.
• Build AI-powered features using LLMs, agents, retrieval systems and structured data workflows.
• Integrate external datasets, APIs, mapping services and document-processing systems.
• Build functional POCs and prototypes for enterprise and public-sector customers.
• Turn successful prototypes into secure, reliable and scalable production features.
• Work with product managers and domain specialists to understand client requirements and design technical solutions.
• Participate in selected client meetings, technical workshops and product demonstrations.
• Make practical technical decisions based on delivery speed, maintainability and customer value.
• Improve system performance, security, observability and reliability.
• Write maintainable code, conduct reviews and establish appropriate testing and deployment practices.
• Use AI coding tools effectively while remaining responsible for architecture, code quality and final delivery.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience building and deploying modern full-stack web applications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript and a modern frontend framework such as React or Next.js.
• Backend development experience using Python, Node.js or a comparable technology.
• Strong understanding of APIs, relational databases, authentication and cloud deployment.
• Experience integrating AI models, LLM APIs or AI-powered workflows into real products.
• Ability to independently take a product from concept to working prototype and production deployment.
• Strong product judgment and ability to work with incomplete or evolving requirements.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex or similar tools.
• Ability to move quickly without compromising security, reliability or maintainability.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Professional-level English.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment with significant ownership.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, Python, PostgreSQL, Supabase or similar technologies.
• Experience building AI agents, retrieval systems, document-processing pipelines or structured-output workflows.
• Experience with GIS, mapping libraries, spatial databases or geospatial data.
• Experience building enterprise SaaS, data platforms or workflow software.
• Experience delivering enterprise or public-sector POCs.
• Familiarity with architecture, urban planning, real estate development, construction or the broader built environment.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers to clarify requirements and resolve technical issues.
• A portfolio of products or applications that you have personally built and deployed.
