Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end development of features - from design, coding, testing, and deployment to maintenance.
- Collaborate closely with Tech Leads and cross-functional teams (PMs, UX Designers, QA, DevOps, Data) to deliver high-quality software.
- Participate in code reviews, system discussions, and champion engineering best practices.
- Ensure our platforms are secure, performant, and reliable at scale.
- Contribute to both new and legacy codebases, learning and innovating fast.
- Occasionally lead and drive feature development independently, shaping the technical direction of our products.
- Produce clear documentation for systems, features, and operational procedures.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Computing, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, IT, EEE, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- Strong programming skills in at least one of: Java, JavaScript, Python, C#, C++.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, Spring Boot, Angular.js, Vue.js, Next.js, Express.js, Svelte, FastAPI, or other modern frameworks.
- Familiarity with UI component libraries like Material-UI, Tailwind CSS, or Bootstrap.
- Experience with designing and maintaining SQL/no-SQL databases such as MSSQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL.
- Proficient with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, gRPC, and WebSockets for service communication.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native architecture, and infrastructure as code (Terraform).
- Experience with Git and modern workflows (GitFlow, trunk-based development).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle, agile methodologies, test-driven development, and scalable architecture.
Bonus skills: Ruby or Golang backend experience.
