We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to design and build advanced testing toolkits and simulators supporting ATM (Air Traffic Management) systems. This role involves developing both frontend interfaces and backend services for mission-critical environments.
What You'll Be Working On
- Design and develop full-stack testing toolkits and simulators for ATM support systems
- Build intuitive, responsive UIs for test configuration, execution, and reporting using modern web technologies
- Develop backend services and APIs to enable automated testing and data simulation
- Integrate with third-party systems, APIs, and gateways as required
- Implement test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment efficiency
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimization strategies
- Collaborate closely with system engineers and testers to define test requirements and ensure end-to-end coverage
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best engineering practices
- Maintain technical documentation including system design, user guides, test plans, and architecture
- Ensure compliance with aviation standards (ICAO, EUROCAE) and cybersecurity requirements
- Provide technical support during system integration, testing, and commissioning phases
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and continuously improve development processes
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development, preferably in mission-critical or safety-critical systems
- Strong proficiency in frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, React / Angular / Vue.js
- Solid backend development experience using Python, Java, Node.js, or similar
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and SQL/NoSQL databases
- Hands-on experience in system simulation, data modelling, and test data generation
- Familiarity with version control, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and Agile methodologies
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Self-motivated, well-organised, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to travel for system integration or stakeholder engagements, if required.
