Job Title: FullStack Software Engineer Application Security
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain endtoend web applications using modern fullstack technologies.
- Implement secure coding practices and integrate security controls throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Conduct code reviews, vulnerability assessments, and security testing (static/dynamic analysis, penetration testing).
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (product, operations, and security) to deliver highquality, resilient solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tooling, and documentation.
Required Technical Skills:
- Programming & Frameworks: Node.js, React, JavaScript, Python, PL/SQL, Apache.
- Operating Systems & Environments: Linux (system administration, scripting).
- Database & Query Languages: Experience with relational databases and PL/SQL.
- Security Knowledge: Strong interest and handson experience in application security, secure software design, and vulnerability mitigation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a closely related field.
- Proven fullstack development experience (minimum 3 years) in a commercial setting.
- Demonstrated ability to apply security best practices in code and architecture.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and a proactive attitude toward learning emerging technologies.
Preferred Attributes:
- Prior exposure to securityfocused projects (e.g., threat modeling, secure code reviews).
- Familiarity with DevSecOps pipelines and automated security testing tools.
- Eligibility to work in Hong Kong; candidates based in Singapore will also be considered.
Desired experience: Minimum 3 years fullstack development experience in a commercial setting
