Job Description
JavaScript Full Stack Engineer
- Location: Singapore
- Employment Type: Contract
- Contract Duration: 12 months, with the possibility of extension based on project requirements and performance.
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and highly capable JavaScript Full Stack Engineer to join our client's technology team. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong software engineer with solid hands-on coding, problem-solving, and system design capabilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications while working across both front-end and back-end technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality full-stack applications.
- Build scalable and maintainable front-end and back-end solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-structured code following software engineering best practices.
- Analyse complex technical problems and develop effective solutions.
- Participate in system design and technical discussions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product teams, and stakeholders.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvements in engineering practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in software engineering or full-stack development.
- Strong hands-on experience in JavaScript development.
- Solid full-stack engineering experience with strong coding fundamentals.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of system design and software architecture.
- Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Comfortable working independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
