As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for building, enhancing, and supporting internal applications that are critical to daily business operations. The role requires both development capabilities and a strong sense of ownership in maintaining system stability and performance.
Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance enterprise-grade applications across frontend and backend
- Build and maintain scalable, secure RESTful APIs and system integrations
- Provide production support, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure application performance, reliability, and compliance with internal standards
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD processes
- Collaborate within Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions in a timely manner
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- 3–7 years of experience in full stack development within enterprise environments
- Strong frontend experience with React, JavaScript, or TypeScript
- Backend development experience with Java or Kotlin
- Experience working with REST APIs, microservices, and relational databases
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and modern deployment practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in handling production issues
- Ability to work in structured, high-accountability environments
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting financial services or investment-related systems
- Familiarity with security, governance, or compliance-driven environments
- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
