Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the full software development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration of front-end and back-end components. The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to deliver innovative and efficient solutions that address complex business challenges. Embracing a cloud-first approach and agile methodologies, the workday includes continuous learning and applying emerging technologies to enhance system performance and user experience, contributing to the overall success of client projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to align technical strategies with business goals.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of backend development including server-side programming and database management.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
• Understanding of agile development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across the stack.

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
