Join an agile software development unit to engineer custom application components, collaborate across delivery streams, and drive continuous platform improvement, offering up to S$/11,000 monthly.

Design, build, and enhance custom application components and software interfaces across system architecture frameworks.
Take ownership of software component quality, system performance, and adherence to project delivery standards.
Conduct root cause analysis and technical troubleshooting to maintain application reliability and project momentum.
Guide technical team members on complex code implementation and facilitate solution alignment across cross-functional streams.
Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate system requirements into scalable software solutions.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on software engineering experience specializing in custom application development and software architecture design.
Demonstrated capability in building scalable application components using modern programming frameworks and agile practices.
Proven track record in technical problem-solving, code optimization, and supporting continuous integration workflows.
Strong leadership abilities to mentor junior engineers, drive technical decision-making, and manage team deliverables.
