Job Description
Responsibilities:
- At least 6 years relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution
- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise web applications using Java and SPA technologies.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and development teams to deliver technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain REST-based services and web applications.
- Participate in application design, estimation, and technical reviews.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security requirements, and development best practices.
- Perform unit testing, defect resolution, and production support activities.
- Contribute to performance tuning, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Prepare and maintain technical documentation as required
- Preferable to have exposure to Global Markets and Back Office applications development experience
- Strong Core Java expertise with hands-on experience in Collections, I/O, and Multithreading
- Strong understanding of Java Design Patterns and coding best practices
- Good knowledge of Spring Framework, including MVC and JPA modules
- Hands-on experience with Hibernate development
- Experience with Spring Boot application development
- Knowledge of ADFS, OpenID Connect (OIDC), OAuth 2.0, and Spring Security
- Experience in Angular and/or React development
- Strong TypeScript and JavaScript development skills
- Good understanding of Web Application Design principles
- Strong RDBMS and SQL development skills
- Messaging fundamentals like Queueing, Pub/Sub, Channels, DLQ etc
- JMS, IBM MQ WebSphere or Rabbit MQ
