Job Summary

Develop and lead innovative web-based software solutions by collaborating with users and stakeholders, applying advanced programming frameworks and tools, and driving continuous improvement throughout the software development lifecycle.

Technical Competencies Must Have:

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of web applications using Angular, NodeJS, Express, and related frameworks to deliver scalable and maintainable software solutions.
• Analyze user requirements and system workflows to identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring operational feasibility and alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate SOAP/AJAX calls to enable seamless data exchange and application interoperability.
• Implement client-side scripting and server-side CSS preprocessing (LESS, SASS) to enhance user interface responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
• Utilize ORM frameworks and write optimized SQL queries for MariaDB to manage and manipulate data efficiently.
• Apply asynchronous request handling and partial page updates to improve application performance and user experience.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation, including flowcharts, diagrams, code comments, and system specifications to support solution clarity and maintainability.
• Conduct systems analysis to recommend and implement improvements in policies, procedures, and software operations that enhance overall efficiency.
• Stay current with emerging development tools, programming techniques, and industry best practices by engaging in continuous learning and professional networking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies and tools such as GIT, SVN, Jenkins, Bamboo, and JIRA to ensure timely and quality delivery of software projects.
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and technical guidance to junior developers to foster skill development and team performance.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and debug complex software issues to maintain system reliability and user satisfaction.
• Demonstrate strong initiative and ownership in managing development initiatives and leading small teams to achieve project goals.
