Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java Spring Boot, React, and Microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in RESTful API development, automated testing, and Test-Driven Development (TDD), with a passion for building scalable, high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver robust applications that meet business and technical requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and Microservices architecture.
• Develop and enhance RESTful APIs and backend services to support business applications and system integrations.
• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices and develop automated test cases to ensure application quality and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization activities.
• Develop and maintain React-based user interfaces to deliver responsive and user-friendly web applications.
• Integrate applications with databases, third-party systems, and internal services while ensuring security and scalability.
• Utilize GitHub for source code management, version control, and collaborative development.
• Support application deployments, defect resolution, and production issue investigations as required.
• Contribute to system design discussions and promote software engineering best practices, coding standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with QA, DevOps, and other development teams to ensure successful delivery of project milestones in an Agile environment.
• Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and implementation guides to support development and maintenance activities.

Job Requirements

• Possess a degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields.
• Java developer with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience and knowledge in Spring framework, Microservice architecture and restful API development.
• Experience in automated test frameworks and test driven development.
• Proficient in Java Springboot, React UI and GitHub.
• Excellent problem-solving skill and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and written skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Hands-on experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and writing test cases.

Salary up to 6900 SGD
