Working as part of the website store (WSS) team, fulfillment assistants are responsible for ensuring customers orders are delivered to customers safely in proper packaging, maintaining cleanliness of storage spaces, performing quality checks, as well as assisting with other administrative tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinates order processing, delivery and returns of customers ordersacross E-Commerce platforms & marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, Website andTikTok.)
- Inspects items for any damages or defects before shipment.
- Fills customer orders promptly by reviewing order forms to ascertain scannumbers, sizes, colors, and merchandise quantities.
- Attaches identification information, including pricing, to products.
- Manages product listings and promotions and ensure all information areaccurate on the E-Commerce platforms and marketplaces
- Answers customer questions about shipments and deliveries
- Ensures orders are picked up and delivered on time.
- Handles returns and exchanges of defective and damaged items.
- Disposes damaged or obsolete stock items properly or returns them to vendors.
- Monitors and manages inventory level to ensure healthy stock levels tomeet sales forecast
- Stocks shelves and racks with new or transferred merchandise andmaintains products in an organized manner to facilitate inventory and shipping processes.
- Upholds cleanliness and tidiness standards in the work and storage areas
- Performs other duties as assigned by website store managers.
Requirements:
- Computer-savvy and willing to learn new technology.
- Able to understand English written in product labels, order invoices et cetera.
- Able to carry and lift heavy items of more than 10kg.
- Comfortable working on shift hours, weekends and public holidays.
WorkSchedule:
- Working Days: Monday to Sunday (one off day assigned per week)
- Working Hours: 9:30am to 6:30pm
- Number of Off Days in a Month (If Worked for Complete Month): 6 to 8
- Replacement Off (i.e. off-in-lieu) for working onpublic holidays
Salary and Allowances:
- Basic salary: $2,100 to $2,200
- Attendance Allowance (AfterConfirmation): $60
Probation: 3 Months (Extended by 3 more months for unsatisfactory performance)
