About The Team
We are looking for a driven and passionate individual to join the Fulfilled-by-Shopee (FBS) Business Development team. As an Onboarding & Initiatives Associate / Senior Associate, you will play a key role in accelerating the growth of Shopee's warehousing and fulfilment business.
You will take ownership of the end-to-end onboarding processfrom seller pitching and contract signing to coordinating with cross-functional teams for smooth operational roll-out. You'll also lead strategic initiatives, such as managing key partners under the Shopee-Certified Enablers Programme, and work to improve partner success.
Job Description
- Drive and manage the end-to-end onboarding journey for sellers joining Fulfilled-by-Shopee, including direct client engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional local teams to identify and capitalise on new seller acquisition and onboarding opportunities
- Design and implement internal processes to optimise onboarding workflows and maximise conversion ratesPartner with internal stakeholderssuch as Relationship Managers, Warehouse Operations, Finance, and Legalto ensure a seamless onboarding experience and resolve any operational bottlenecks
- Oversee and grow Shopee-Certified Enablers by monitoring and improving their operational and commercial performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field
- Comfortable in a dynamic and collaborative environment with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; prior experience working cross-functionally is a plus
- Analytical and innovative problem-solver with a strong ability to design and implement practical solutions
- Excellent project management and process optimisation skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Previous experience in e-commerce, fulfilment, logistics, or sales is a strong advantage
