Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Workforce Allocation and Reporting

  • Allocate engagements with appropriate resources based on level, skills, experience, and onshore/offshore considerations
  • Identify engagement conflicts and escalate issues to senior members of the Resource Management Team or Sector Resource Manager as needed
  • Support weekly calls and meetings related to staff allocation
  • Coordinate with offshore teams (Acceleration Center) and internal team members to manage resource deployment
  • Manage the resource management email inbox and respond to queries promptly
  • Prepare and run relevant reports and perform initial analysis as required

Forecast Management

  • Maintain S&D Talentlink (resourcing system) to accurately reflect staff deployment, tentative assignments, and leave planning
  • Prepare resource utilisation projections and discuss potential issues with the Sector Resource Manager
  • Manage and update data on new starters, transfers, and departures

People Expertise

  • Build relationships with staff within the Financial Services Assurance (FSA) sector
  • Develop knowledge of staff skills, experience, and career aspirations to inform allocation decisions
  • Conduct new joiner orientation sessions and provide support on resource-related queries
