About The Programme
Our 2-year accelerated Food Services Pathway is designed for high-potential individuals ready to take on real responsibility from the start. You will lead teams, drive operations, and make decisions that impact the business daily. Through structured rotations, hands-on experience, and mentorship from seasoned leaders, you will build the capabilities to take on leadership roles in our F&B operations.
You will choose a core business specialisation aligned to your interests:
B2C (Retail Dining & Food Courts), B2B (Catering & Institutional Services) or Food Manufacturing. Over 2 years, you will immerse yourself in your chosen specialisation, allowing you to:
- Build deep operational expertise
- Develop leadership and people management skills
- Understand different customer segments and business models
- Connect frontline insights with broader business strategy.

Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree Graduate with not more than 2 years of formal working experience. Related Diplomas, Degrees, qualifications (eg Food Hygiene Certification) or experience will be a bonus
- Strong passion for frontline operations in the F&B industry
- Driven and energetic, and keen to lead and drive initiatives
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Positive attitude with strong learning agility and a can-do mindset
