About the Team The Security Engineering team designs, builds, and maintains ByteDance's global security infrastructure, platforms, and services. Our core responsibility is to develop scalable systems and tools that enable secure product operations across the company. By delivering reliable, high-performance security solutions, the team protects ByteDance's global platforms and enhances business resilience. Job Responsibilities - Participate in the design, development and maintenance of the Threat Dectection and Response platform. - Have a deep understanding and practice of system design, development standards, modularization, and testing. - Responsible for technical research, system architecture design, development, and writing corresponding technical design and maintenance documents.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications 1. Bachelor degree or above in computer-related majors. 2. At least 3 years of frontend development work experience. 3. Programming experience in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, web debugging toolchain. 4. Familiar with one of the popular frameworks such as React, Vue or Angular, Good experience in Web performance optimization. 5. Familiar with various front-end related debugging and testing tools, and have independent problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications 1. Have relevant work experience from a large-scale internet business and ReactJS development. 2. Applicants with experience in security solutions, systems, and mechanisms, including, but not limited to, data security, application security, cryptography, systems security, and network security. 3. Have good teamwork skills, initiative and motivation.
