Responsibilities:
- Build Exceptional Interfaces: Develop responsive, accessible, and performant web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks. Create reusable UI components and maintain clean frontend architecture.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, QA, and DevOps engineers to turn wireframes and prototypes into production-ready interfaces.
- Ensure Quality & Reliability: Apply best practices like pair programming, code reviews, unit testing, and continuous refactoring to deliver high-quality code.
- Optimize Performance & Security: Implement secure coding practices and optimize performance using techniques like code splitting, lazy loading, and resource optimization.
- Document & Share Knowledge: Maintain clear documentation for UI patterns, coding standards, and frontend best practices. Contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Hands-on experience with frameworks like React, Next.js, Vue, Svelte, or Angular.
- Experience with state management tools (Redux, Recoil, Zustand, MobX, etc.) and UI libraries (Tailwind CSS, Material-UI, Chakra UI, Bootstrap).
- Familiarity with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, esbuild, Parcel) and CSS methodologies (BEM, CSS Modules, Styled Components).
- Experience with frontend testing tools (Jest, Mocha, Jasmine, React Testing Library, Playwright).
- Skilled in integrating REST APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets understanding data fetching, caching, and error handling.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Netlify, Vercel) and DevOps collaboration.
- Strong understanding of frontend security best practices and scalable performance optimization.
- Experience working in Agile teams with XP practices (TDD, pair programming, continuous refactoring).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and a commitment to software craftsmanship.
