Frontend Engineer (Internet, AI application system, React.js)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize frontend interfaces for internal company systems and applications
• Build and enhance applications on the company's low-code platform to streamline business processes
• Drive efficiency engineering platform development through innovative tools and process improvements
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and optimal development velocity
• Lead frontend architecture transformation initiatives to improve system stability and scalability
• Optimize user experience across internal platforms through continuous performance enhancements
• Implement robust coding standards and maintain high-quality interface designs
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and resolve technical challenges proactively

Requirements

• 3+ years of frontend development experience with strong JavaScript expertise
• Advanced knowledge of React framework including its underlying mechanisms, plus experience with Git, Node.js, and Webpack
• Solid understanding of frontend modularization, engineering practices, and performance optimization techniques
• Experience with internal system development including workflow, HR, payroll, or analytics platforms (is a bonus)
• Low-code platform usage and development experience (is a bonus)
• Cross-language development capabilities (is a bonus)
