- Develop and maintain responsive, high-quality web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Implement reusable components and front-end libraries for efficiency and consistency.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to accessibility standards.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration processes.
- Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Frontend Developer with a focus on React.js.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL integration.
- Knowledge of build tools and version control (Webpack, Babel, Git).
- Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Bank domain experience is needed.
