Responsibilities

Contribute to the strengthening of the team spirit and the fostering of a collaborative work environment across locations. Motivate and provide guidance/feedback to other team members to improve overall performance.

Work to fulfil the ambitions of the team defined by the leads. Actively participate and support the head of the team to regularly review and improve team practices to optimise efficiency and productivity. Continuously drive and improve systems.

Actively participate and support Program Increment (PI) planning process within Markets. Support change management and release rollout planning. Provide dedicated post implementation support locally in Asia.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions for our financial products and services.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues across the stack, providing support for both development and production environments.

Professional and Technical

Relevant higher educational and professional background with 5+ years of experience in software development of which 5+ as a frontend developer.

Profound hands-on JavaScript, HTML and CSS.

Deep knowledge of current JavaScript frameworks (React/JS) and technologies (Typescript).

Familiarity with GraphQL.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to industry best practices, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).

Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

Familiarity with C# services.
