Job Description

My client is expanding their team and looking for a L&D lead position. This role is responsible for leading professional development initiatives and building frameworks that strengthen leadership capabilities across a key business group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement leadership development programs that support team and organizational growth.
  • Identify skills and capability gaps and work with internal partners to deliver effective learning solutions.
  • Collaborate with external training providers and institutions to enhance development offerings.
  • Encourage a culture of continuous learning and support teams through ongoing change.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure development priorities align with overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and extensive experience in learning, training, coaching, or talent development.
  • Deep understanding of the needs of affluent clients across areas such as wealth management, trusts, family offices, insurance, and private banking.
  • Background in managing change and executing large-scale learning initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with diverse stakeholders.
  • Broad understanding of development needs within professional or client-focused environments.
