Job Responsibilities
- Handle front desk operations, including guest registration, check-in and check-out procedures
- Respond to reservation inquiries and provide information on rates and availability
- Maintain effective communication with clients in-person and via phone
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to front office protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized reception and lobby area
- Support service quality and operational standards during patient interactions
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements
- Min GCE N/O or A Levels / Diploma and above
- Keen interest in the healthcare/medical industry
- No experience needed, full training will be provided
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Able to start work immediately
