Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle front desk operations, including guest registration, check-in and check-out procedures
  • Respond to reservation inquiries and provide information on rates and availability
  • Maintain effective communication with clients in-person and via phone
  • Ensure proper documentation and adherence to front office protocols
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception and lobby area
  • Support service quality and operational standards during patient interactions
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

  • Min GCE N/O or A Levels / Diploma and above
  • Keen interest in the healthcare/medical industry
  • No experience needed, full training will be provided
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Able to start work immediately
