Key Responsibilities:

Service Support: Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to tables with speed and accuracy, ensuring orders reach the right guest.
Team Coordination: Act as a communication hub between servers, kitchen staff, and the front of house to maintain a seamless service pace.
Atmosphere Control: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, host station, and service stations to create a welcoming environment.
Adaptability: Anticipate team needs during peak hours, stepping in to assist servers or reset tables to keep service running efficiently.
