Avante Gym & Yoga is a premium fitness and wellness studio located at The Centrepoint, Orchard. We offer a wide range of classes including Yoga, Mat Pilates, Aerial, Personal Training. We pride ourselves on delivering a warm, welcoming, and exceptional experience to every guest and member. We're looking for a friendly and proactive Front of House Executive to be the face of our studio.

Role Overview

As the Front of House Executive, you are the first point of contact for our members and guests. You'll create a positive first impression, ensure smooth daily operations, and provide excellent service that enhances every member's experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet members and guests warmly upon arrival
• Manage check-ins and class bookings through the studio system
• Handle phone, WhatsApp, and email inquiries professionally and promptly
• Provide accurate information about membership, classes, schedules, and promotions
• Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
• Support sales consultants and instructors with administrative tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas
• Assist in daily studio operations (e.g. opening/closing duties)
• Gather and relay member feedback to improve service quality

Requirements

Friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and professional appearance
Basic administrative and computer skills
Able to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
Willing to work retail hours (evenings, weekends, and public holidays)
Prior experience in hospitality, front desk, or fitness industry is a plus
