We are looking for a warm, service-oriented Front of House Executive to be the first point of contact for our members and guests. As the face of our studio, you'll ensure a welcoming, professional, and smooth experience from check-in to check-out. Ideal candidates are friendly, organised, and passionate about customer service in a wellness-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in clients with a friendly and professional attitude
- Assist with class bookings, memberships, and general enquiries (walk-ins, calls, messages)
- Manage front desk operations including POS transactions and studio system updates
- Support the scheduling and coordination of classes and instructors
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and inviting reception and waiting area
- Upsell packages, memberships, and studio offerings when appropriate
- Handle feedback, suggestions, or complaints gracefully and escalate when needed
- Support day-to-day studio operations including stock checks, towel service, and coordination with housekeeping/maintenance
- Assist in events, promotions, or community activities when required
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior customer service or front desk experience (preferably in fitness/wellness/hospitality)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable with computer systems and booking platforms (training provided)
- Able to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible, punctual, and a team player
- Passion for health, wellness, or fitness is a plus
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
