Front of House Service Crew

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests, creating a warm and memorable experience.
• Manage reservations, seating, guest enquiries and front-of-house operations.
• Maintain a polished and well-presented dining environment.
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally.
• Promote menu items and support sales and revenue targets.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations.
• Handle POS transactions and basic cashiering duties.

• Confident and naturally engaging with guests.
• Presentable, well-groomed and professional.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced F&B environment.
• F&B / hospitality experience preferred.
• Able to work night shifts, weekends & public holidays
• Possess valid Food & Beverage Hygiene Certificate (mandatory)
