Front-of-House Shift Leader

We're hiring a Front-of-House Shift Leader to guide our service team and ensure every guest leaves with a great impression. This is a hands-on role where you'll be right on the floor

What You'll Do

• Set the Tone: Greet guests warmly and ensure their dining experience starts on the right note.
• Keep Things Flowing: Manage waitlists, seating, and service flow so operations run seamlessly.
• Lead the Team: Support, motivate, and coach service staff to consistently deliver high standards.
• Handle the Unexpected: Resolve guest feedback or operational hiccups with professionalism and care.
• Stay Aligned: Work closely with Assistant Managers to ensure smooth transitions between shifts.

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of F&B experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role
• Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and quick to adapt
• Confident communicator who connects well with both guests and team members
• Willingness to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and public holidays
