Job Description

We are looking for a pleasant Front Desk Administrator to manage our front desk at our Pilates studio. You will be the face of the studio for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make. You will coordinate front desk activities including greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, payment, answering inquiries, while maintaining a professional image; and other administrative duties.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential. The goal is to make our client feel comfortable and positive while in our studio, and execute all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversees front desk receptionist area, serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
  • Coordinate bookings and scheduling of appointment between clients and instructors
  • Manage and collect payment from clients
  • Attend to enquiries from phone call, email and messenger
  • Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Maintain general housekeeping of the studio
  • Perform administrative duties such as, filing and stocktaking
  • Supports other administrative duties that may arise

Experience:
