Management Trainee - Front of House

As Management Trainee for our front of house operations, you'll gain experience in various aspects of guest experience, food and beverage service, bartending and beverage creation, operations, and team leadership, with the goal of progressing into a supervisory and managerial position.

Key Responsibilities and Skills includes but is not limited to:

Guest Experience

• Deliver warm and genuine hospitality to make every guest feel welcome

• Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and professionally

• Mastering guest relations and growing your own set of regular clients

• Fully grasp all cuisine and beverage knowledge

• Embrace and deliver our brand spirit with absolute professionalism

Operations

• Learn daily operations, including setup, service flow, and all restaurant procedures

• Assist in managing staff, inventory, and ordering supplies

• Ensure smooth and efficient service during busy and quiet periods

Beverage Management and Bartending

• Learn bar operations, cocktail making and bar setup

• Acquiring knowledge in the fields of wine, spirits, beer, sake and other beverage

• Ensuring responsible alcohol service

• Staying up to date with new trends and techniques

Team Leadership

• Support and guide team members, providing direction and motivation.

• Assist in training new employees.

• Encourage teamwork and positive interactions to create a healthy and productive working environment

• Grow with the Company by stepping up to suitable challenges

Management Duties

• Prepare daily sales reports.

• Contribute to consumer analysis trends and product creation

• Monitor proper ordering, receiving, and storage procedures.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations

Salary: $3500 to $4000
