FS8 is seeking a poised and personable Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact in our premium boutique fitness studio. This role is ideal for someone who understands elevated client experiences and takes pride in delivering warm, seamless, five-star service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients warmly to create a positive first impression and enhance their experience at the studio
- Manage client check-ins and bookings accurately using Mindbody software to ensure smooth operations
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to provide information and resolve inquiries promptly
- Maintain an organized and tidy front desk area to support efficient service delivery
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as answering calls, managing appointments, and assisting clients, setting up memberships, while maintaining attention to detail
- Demonstrate a passion for wellness by supporting clients needs and promoting the studio's services effectively
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience using Mindbody software to manage client appointments and studio operations
- Prior front desk or hospitality experience in a luxury or boutique environment
