Job Summary

You will work as a customer service team member, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving case issues efficiently while collaborating with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction and meet performance targets.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat to provide timely assistance
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively to maintain high service standards
  • Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls and messages to support customer needs
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions to ensure reliable documentation
  • Provide up-to-date information about products and services to assist customers accurately
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department, manager, or colleague to ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborate with other departments and colleagues to resolve complex issues and concerns
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude to foster a supportive customer service environment
  • Continuously update knowledge of products and services to improve service quality
  • Meet or exceed performance targets such as call/message volume and resolution time to contribute to team success
  • Adapt to new technologies and processes to enhance service delivery
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve customer service skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to team goals and initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and retention
  • Handle and manage difficult calls and clients with a high level of diplomacy to maintain professionalism
